SHIPPING POLICY/ DOA

SHIPPING

  • T-Shirts ship free on orders $50 and up

  • Corals ship free on orders $300.00 and up.

  • Corals require $100.00 minimum order + shipping.

  • We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

  • Corals shipped to the other 48 states are $45.00 shipping for orders $299.99 and under.

DOA POLICY

TRG guarantees orders will arrive alive. However we are not responsible for orders unable to be received due to customer availability. We are not responsible for situations out of our control.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

We will take every measure we can to ensure your order arrives alive. If the order shows up dead on arrival, the customer must contact us within 1 hour of delivery and submit a picture of the corals in order to make a claim.

​

If a dead coral claim is made, TRG will issue a credit which can be used within 6 months.

Buyer will be responsible for paying shipping on DOA claims and reorders.

​

TRG hopes that all of our customers are experienced reef keepers and understand how to acclimate and care for marine life.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

TRG Ships out on Tuesdays only for the time being. We will be using FedEx Priority Overnight and UPS Overnight for all of our coral shipments. We will contact you to double check all shipping information before shipping out. TRG assumes no responsibility for carrier shipping delays.
